I know I have seen a recipe for arborio rice pudding.In fact I know I HAVE a recipe for it somewhere but it's Saturday night and I've been on my feet for 14 hours.Maybe I can make the recipe come to me.I think the kind with the pastry cream folded in would be better for a restaurant, not the baked kind.If someone sends me this recipe I will try not to be so whinny in the future.
