Better for what?
A processor is good for pureing fruits, chopping nuts but useless for mixing, beating,whipping.
It depends what you do most of the time.
I have 1 commercial (robocoup) processor and 3 mixers(5qt,20qt,60qt).
The processor gets used maybe once a month, the mixers work constantly.
I put processors in the gadget dept, mixers are real tools.
