: Gerald,
: these are the ingredients from my soupy cheesecake.
: 3 pkgs of nonfat cream cheese
: 4 eggs
: 3/4 cup sugar
: 1 tsp vanilla
: 1 tsp lemon
: in a another bowl-
: 1 pint nonfat sour cream (I think that means 2 cups)
: 1/2 cup sugar

What do the cream cheese pkts weigh each?
At a glance, too much sugar and too much sour cream.
All my recipes are in weight, can't correct yours unless we know the weight of the cheese you use.

Compare this,
1 /12 lb cream cheese.
8 oz sugar.
4 eggs.
1/4 pint (1/2 cup) light cream or sour cream.
lemon vanill etc.

You can see your recipe has 4 times amount of cream and probably too much sugar too.
It should be like rather thick mud when mixed, not liquid.
Bake in water bath 350F. til toothpick almost comes out clean (not 90 minutes).
Makes a large cheesecake.
Gerard
