Sorry I can't help you with your problem BUT I was hoping you could help me with mine.
My sister in law is being sued by a big coperation for (they say) stealing a trade secret. Get this she has been a baker all her life,grew up in a bakery. The trade secret they say is that she stores her iceing in saran wrap and reuses it as needed. She then takes the bag and places it in a bakery squeez I guess that is what bakers call it.Anyway they say they came up with the idea and she says she has done this for years. Is this style of saving iceing common knowledge?
