I have read several posts, going back to February,
and note that most discussion centers on group
catering.
I live in a major city and was giving thought to
catering dinners delivered to homes. With several
apartment buildings having thousands of residents
in each building, and fewer people willing to or
having the time to prepare dinners, this seems like
a good market niche.
However, I see no posts about this kind of market.
Are there any experienced caterers pursuing this
segment, or is this not as profitable an area for
catering?
