: Hi,

: I have access to a lot of freezer space. I know of some foods that don't freeze well, but I was hoping someone could give me a few pointers on good choices
: for the freezer and bad choices, or perhaps a source of this information. I am sure trial and error will let me know quick. Thanks.

Most casseroles, soups, and meats freeze well.... doing those for homes like home meal
replacement are a great way to start in this business.....
Good freeze items :

Meatballs, meatloaf, pasta based casseroles, broccoli gratin, chicken dishes...
ribs properly cooked and wrapped, stews, chili, tomato and stock based soups,

raw vegetable salads do NOT do well, neither does most fruit salads....

Creams dont freeze well....they tend to separate....

Make sure you are well educated in food borne illness, sanitation and cross contamination
Understand the proper way to freeze and how to properly slack...
which is best done in a refrigerator.....

hope this helps
