It's frustrating to see a "cook" on prime time T.V.;that makes
more money in One week, than we professional chefs make in one year. As a professional chef for the last seventeen years, I have meet alot of celebrity "chefs". One positive factor from this, is
the public is more aware of our profession.
It all comes down to one thing,"MONEY" Martha Stewart sells.....
