It sounds like you think you're really doing well. Those of us who pay worker's comp, liability insurance, payroll taxes, unemployment insurance, carry the overhead of an inspected kitchen, offer professionals employment with benefits, etc find your attitude repulsive. You may think you are winning the game, but I assure you that you will slip up one day. At that point you will wish you had played by the rules. You'll lose your house.
