HELP! I am a culinary student who is trying to find out more about uses for fondant icing (esp. for cakes). I have only seen it used in Christmas preparations, and would like to get some ideas for decorating such a dessert for the other 11 months of the year. Pls reply to email :lucretia@netime.com
