Help!
I am having the third meeting with the "committee"
for a benefit ball.(they actually have a decent budget to work with.)
Anyway, they want a pasta station, a beef station, and a chicken station. We do a great pasta bar, so I'm okay with that, but I'm drawing blanks on creating anything that is very interesting for the other 2 stations. I was going to do tenderloin and carved smoked chicken,but they want something more elaborate.
Any interesting chicken dishes and accompaniment ideas would be appreciated.
The date is November 7 and its for 300-400 pp.
the meeting is tomorrow help.
Also- color scheme is silver, navy and elegant.
I have lots of fabrics that I use - but no silver- any ideas for that?
