: Carl,
: Thanks for emailing me re. legal catering.I am happy to join in your forum.
: This is a real coincidence, I was just going to ask you about this conference. I was on the edge of going last year, but I chickened out.I was afraid to leave the business, but circumstances have changed and I fell confident in going.
: My only dilemma is that people tell me that the special events
: conference is better and I will get more out of it.
: I know you have great admiration for Mike Roman, but do you have any knowledge of the other conferenence and how they compare for an off premise caterer?
: Thanx . Andrea

I can only speak for the catersource conference since I have not been to the special events conference. I would say the catersource conference is related specifically to caterers, on and off premise. Special events has catering as a part of it, not the sole purpose. Catersource has seminars related to special events.

I would ask Mike Roman directly if I were you. He may be prejudiced to his, I have found him to be very straight forward. I have heard the same things you have comparing the two, but for my time and money I choose Catersource.
