I am wondering about packaging prepared french toast and pancakes. Has anyone tried this? Flash freezing and /or vacuum sealing. This would be for corporate breakfasts and brunches and either as a boxed meal or to have ready to reheat. Any experience with this or suggestions? Thanks, Toby
