I have to agree with Randell, Catersource is the best journal/magazine. Mike Roman, the caterers' guru, is an excellent source to the caterer, especially if you are starting out. I have grown my business several fold since subscribing. As a subscriber, you get many benefits which includes free advise, review of your materials etc,, one on one with Mike via his 800 number.
There is also a forum where you can talk to real professionals with similar challenges.
