Hi Carl
I don't take any bookings from December 15th, ever. This gives me time to prepare for Christmas with all my family, so, by the time Boxing day is over, I am ready to work.
I guess there are benefits when running a catering business. This is one good reason I left the "7 day operation".
And one more small thing, the money is great and pays bills for three months or more.

: I have to agree with you too, We will be kicking butt all season long. I think you should book yourself with your family and tell your loyal staff to do the same. I would consider doing pick ups until 8:00 o'clock, (prepaid of course) That is the ultimate feeling of success is when you can say to the biggest night in the history of the world, " I am taking the night off!!!"
