This isn't going to be a large operation. I will still cater my cocktail parties from the business and probably still do my drop off luncheons (in the beginning anyway), The catering will be set. We plan on doing a private opening and inviting all my past catering clients. There are no tea rooms in our immediate area and there are alot of ladies who drive miles to a good tea room.
