Hold out for what you want! I have never purchased a coffee system. My restaurant buys about $6-700 of coffee per month which isn't much but even the big distributors such as us foods curtze and sysco will give you a machine. For brewing. Now if you go into specialties, ie Cappucino and oter espresso based drinks you will probably be on your own. sometimes they govern what type of machine you get by the volume you expect. ie. low volume you may get a pour over med. to high volume will get you an automatic. Espresso machines I recomend Simolina Nouvella it's a brainless to operate machine that will take a pounding. And it produces the same shot everytime. let me know how this works out for you.
