Ashamed to say this, but this Irish gal has never made Corn Beef and Cabbage, nor have I made Irish Stew - both of which I have been asked to provide for a group of 180 for St. Patricks day. ANY help would certainly be appreciated. Incidentally, what exactly is in Irish Stew - how is it different from, say, beef stew?
