: make a mini salad bar... with several salads and toppings also sweet pickles... including your jello and fresh grapes and strawberries.
We cater many functions for the local high school including the Senior Class Picnic. We find fresh vegetable trays with assorted dressings go over very well. Stay away from the macaroni, cole slaws and potato salads. The above suggestions will work. Try contacting the Prom Committee and have them help you write your menu. You will be surprised at what they will want. Remember this is "their" night and the government regulates what they have to eat the rest of the year in school. Kevin
