Does a street vendor selling hot dogs, bbq etc., fall under the same regulations and laws, as a caterer? I am starting a mobile catering business...selling bbq, at gas stations, hardware stores, and grocery stores. It will be mostly onsite cooking. Any comments will be appreciated...and yes I will only do it legally!
