: : I am dropping off a meal for a client...they want rice. How should they re-heat it at home?

: When I cook the rice I reserve some of the stock that I'm cooking it down in. I add just a tad of oil and tell my customer to add it to the rice in a sauce pan. slow heat to finish. the rice will readsorbe the stock and the oil will keep the starches from adsorbing (pulling off the rice).

I understand that reheating rice is a definite source of the Bacillus Cereus Bacteria. Causes sick and you know what. Be careful!
