Oh Stanley, its the catch 22, of not being a legal caterer, We own a fairly medium sized catering co, 40+ years in biz, and we still do not accept credit cards, there may be a day when we do, just has not presented itself yet, We do a lot of corporate work, GE, Toyota, Utility cos, gov't work, and most all will process payment through their accounts payable dept, Now it may take 30 - 90 days to get payment, but this is not unusual when one is in business.........If you would like ideas on searching for a legal kitchen, pls email me & I would be happy to lend a little guidance............Sam Sears,CEC
