My first thought would be DON'T. You'll have enought headaches taking care of the normal responsabilities of a bride let alone doing the food too.
:It will be a late night wedding, and the guests will have already eaten dinner.
If you must, why not just do a large dessert buffet(Fruit Platter, ASSTD Cakes, Small pastries, Chocolates, Icecream Station) with Champagne, cordials and coffee.
