: This wedding is for 100, I have helped plan out the menu and order of service to make it as simple as possible for the limited number of staff they can afford to hire. Any and all suggestions or leads would be greatly appreciated! PS -- we are located inthe Maryland side of DC.
Dont know of any online sources, but remember to make sure these staff people are having all taxes paid and have worker's comp. You will lose your shirt if one slices her finger off and sues you..... Worker's comp prevents this.
What a caterer pays the staff is only a portion of what it costs to maintain that staff... so dont fear 35.00 per hour......
Rememer YOU and your friend are LIABLE for any injuries to your staff or guests.... A pro caterer is worth more than you are aware...
