I think you could ask a lawyer, however, as you are only providing the food and you are not at all responsible for the 'party', I would think the responsibility would lie with the host/hostess of the party, the person who has there name on the liquor license. I'd check about 'setting limits' with your bar tenders, there may be a liability factor there, or don't provide the bar service and arrange for another 'company' to do it in conjunction with your catering.
