I never realized that this forum was about exchanges between Professional Caterers and prohibitively for Professional Caterers ONLY. I was under the impression that it was a forum for discussion with... "the pros who have been kind enough to share their knowledge and ideas..." like is stated in the mission statement above from George. I have always found this forum to be very informative even when Sam or Carl didn't answer a question. Thanks
