As an owner of a small catering company, I do everything from setting up parties to promoting the company to washing peoples dishes & floor. As an owner, if I'm weredoing a big catered event and the customer wanted to tip, I tell them that it's up to the indivdual. I think that it is a nice thing to do, because you are doing service to somebody. Just my thoughts.
