I'm hoping caterers will post their favorite or most requested meal, the number of people you usually do it for and maybe an approximate charge.
Mine is :
Chicken in Phyllo Bundles with Lemon Veloute Sauce
Vegetable Rice Pilaf
Crunchy Romaine Toss Salad
Maybe a Vegetable
Chocolate Angel Pie for Dessert
Charge $12-$16.00 per person and I usually don't do this for over 30 or so people.
