We have been approached about providing veg & fruit
trays for a wedding reception, 350 - 400 people.
This is our largest group yet. They will
also will be serving several meats and other finger foods.
Any suggestions on amounts? We are doing broccoli,
cauliflower, cucumber, carrots, mushrooms, celery,
cherry tomatoes.
