I want to start a legal catering business in Maryland but so far I have had very little luck finding a commercial kitchen that I can rent part time. Even the one I have found doesnot have commercial freezer. I like to know:
a) If anyone has a commercial kitchen to rent in howard county Maryland.
b) Can anyone suggest where to look for a commercial kitchen advertisements (I have tried many places including churches)
c) If I can find part time kitchen rental when and how often will the Maryland health department inspect my kitchen.
