My first question to you, "sanchez" is are you a caterer?

But without a little more pertinent info like: what is the menu, time of day, how long, what day of week, alcohol service?, buffet service, butler passed or exhibition stations?, what are the kitchen facilities like where this event will be?, ect,ect...if you would provide the answers to these, I would be happy to give you my opinion.....sam sears, cec
