My brother-in-law just got his license for catering and is putting in a bid for a party of 250 people. They want hamburgers and hot dogs and a few vegi burgers, which they are not sure how many vegi burgers they want, potato or macaroni salad, green salad, fruit bowl,Baked beans and he is to supply all of the utensils and condiments This will be his first gig if he gets it. Do we figure a certain serving size per person on the salads and beans to get the total amount to bring? Thanks for anyones response.
