I have a generic (spring summer 2001 right now) brochure, a wedding brochure, hors d'oeuvres and desserts. There are a several photos on each and I list things as selections of favorites. I never put prices down. I tell each client that cost is driven by the menu and the type of event. That is why I am a "personalized caterer." Good luck. Thanks Sam and Claudia. Since it is my first brochure, I want to make a splash, but again, it's my first brochure, so I know there will be others that I can improve on. I appreciate the input!!! I had thought about putting in prices, but now I have changed my mind, I can now see how that can put you in a bind.
