One for a restaurant and another for catering. There are two types of catering permits : A type 1 permit is for the restaurateur who caters out of his a fixed (non-mobile) restaurant. The delivery vehicle and catering practices are subject to inspection. A type 2 permit is for a caterer who has an agreement to use someone else's permitted kitchen for catering.
