: : Mine is the turnip rose.
: An attractive, inexpensive (but time consuming) and durable choice.

: For cocktail hors'd I like fresh flowers, a small bundle tied together with wire and some angels breath or lemon leaves.

: For weddings have the bride order matching flowers to the wedding party

Radish mice or apple birds or pear quail or fans of pear slices or grape clusters on cheese trays, Salami flowers on antipasti platters, vegetable flowers (carrot mums, onion daisies, chilie flowers, etc) on crudite platters, ... It is always a good idea to try to match the food being served with a garnish made of a complimentary food, when possible. One specific favorite? Perhaps two melon swans with their heads facing eachother forming a heart.
