Servings from hotel size pans..

I'm doing the egg casserole for 100 this week. I
have hotel or steamtable size pans to fit my large
chafing dish. Can anyone tell me how many servings
can be served from the 1/2 2" and 4" pans. I hardly
ever use these because I normally use my smaller
silver chafing dish. Thanks for your help
