Eventhough I can do Ice (poorly) I usually had to farm it out (actually made money on this by billing the customer seperately, with a markup) . We used between 2 and 6 seashells a weekend, and there just weren't enough hours in a week to do the ice and get the food done.

I can see how there would be a use for the product, assuming results were proessional quality.

Another question would be how many molds would you need to generate enough pieces for a busy operation, they have to take a day to freeze, and that said how many folks have that kind of freezer space?
