Need creative and elegant ideas for a reception of 400 in April. Hors d'oeuvre, entree, and sweets table.
The difficult part..NO sugar, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, chocolate, refined products, vinegar, mushrooms, hydrogenated fats, dairy, eggs, or meat by-products. Nothing fried. Need salad dressings and dips that contain no oil or vinegar. I would like items that can be prepared ahead and even frozen if possible. Can use: canola oil, fructose, honey, concentrated juice, brown rice syrup, maple syrup and other natural ingredients.
