: Retained earnings? is it, is that the proper term for low balling?

: Anyways, I wanted to ask your opinion on selling my business.
: I've had enough, want to sell out and move back to England.
: The biz is a french bakery, well known in the Boston area and beyond.
: Its listed in tourist guides and had tons of publicity over the years.
: I prefer not to use an agent.

: what would you do (as Carl Malden used to say).

: Regards, Gerard.

Gerard;

Do I sense burn out? I know its hard doing everthing yourself.
Quality applicants are limited. You might consider a professional
partner, too take half the risk and WORK.I owned two restaurants
I only wish, I had a strong partner. Now I get a pay check, instead
of being last to get paid. You know how that works; employees
first, then vendors, taxes, rent and finally yourself.

I'm going to open a "REAL" seafood restaurant in Arkansas.
A city of 65.0000 people and not one fine dining restaurant.
Now all I need is a few professionals and a person could
really make some money. Arkansas needs culinary culture.
Its like a new frontier.
