First of all, I am not whining, I am discussing a problem in my market,
second, I do own a restaurant, (for 18 years) Just because you
own a restaurant does not mean you can cater....but there are many
restaurants who have learn how and do very well... once they take the
time to educate themselves to the science of catering....

that doesnt make any sense.... I AM good at what i do, but it is still
a free country and many of the one's doing it are trying to aid their
failing restaurants...the point is, they dont know, what they DONT KNOW about
the catering business, until they try it and screw up....
If you dont underbid anyone and get a good price, then i am not talking
about you... if you are restaurateur AND a caterer, then i am not talking
about you.....
