Love to, we'll do a pulled sugar demo, let the public handle the boiled sugar and burn their hands off.
Just once I'd like to see a proper lesson on how to use a knife, with all the cooking shows on TV they never teach this elementary skill. Its usally more like "let me show off with a knife", which translates into "you will never learn how to do this"....and 'aren't I great'.
A cooking demo with no food, don't laugh I'm considering a baking book with no recipes.
