I have been searching for a loan repayment contract. I lend someone a very large sum of money and we are business partners. She want out of our partnership and sold back her share of the partnership to me, she want the share amount to be deducted from her loan and don't want to pay remaining balance for the next two years. Where can I get or see a sample of this type of contract. Please help.
