I work at a golf course and we put everything on the members' account.
My employer calls the amount I make off of what I sell the gratuity.
Which I only get 8% of what I sell. The members ask me if tips are
included, and i tell them they are because that's what I've been told.
I'm a little confused right now because my boss calls it gratuity, and
then on the reciepts, it's called service charge. Should I be getting more?
Should I tell them tips are included? Should I get more than 8% or can
I not do anything about it?
I need answers, I'm new at this tip stuff.
