For purposes of income tax, I assume that a Personal Chef is "self-employed" in the eyes of the IRS. I would be interested in finding out if others have established separate identities for their business (separate bank accounts, etc.) or do you just use your personal accounts? Any suggestions or ideas to make this necessary evil as easy as possible? Thanks,
