There is actually a local chapter of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) in the Washington, DC area. There are about 15 or so of us and we meet about once a month. You can contact the USPCA at 800-995-2138 and they can give you the scoop. I can say that due to them and the area we are in, business is great!!!
