I am starting a new Personal Chef Service in Dallas, TX.

I will be visiting family in the New York area over the Christmas Holiday. Dec. 23-29, 1998. I am very interested in meeting with a Personal Chef in the New York City area, or Westchester areas.

I will be staying in Scardsdale, NY. I would like to see how you run the business around these parts. I would like to help out on a volunteer basis.
