: Hi to all my cooking brethren. I am in the process of starting a PCS and one of the things I am searching for is examples of brochures that people are using to promote their business...I want to see what works for you and maybe adapt it for my own uses. Also I would enjoy hearing about your initial sales presentations, I need to develop a good 5 -10 minute presentation. And, If u care to share, what good closings do you use. If u are interested in sending me a brochure e-mail me and i will send u my adress. I look forward to networking with u all in the near future and share my experiences with you.

You should be able to find all the ideas you need on brochures and menus on personal chef websites. I probably speak for more then myself when I say, I've worked very hard on my marketing materials and getting steady clients, I'm not going to let it be copied. I think it means more to have worked hard on a goal. Of course you could always join a chef organization to learn how to market and start your business.
Cheers
