I have a few of my own vegetarian recipes I could share, but I have run across an internet site that will probably do you more good...log on to www.fatfree.com to access more than two thousand vegetarian dishes...you'll have to decide which ones can stand up to the freezer test! Happy hunting...

I have a client that has requested mostly vegetarian cuisine. While I love vegetables, I have never been able to make them the main part of my diet! So, I am looking for entree suggestions, as well as cooking/freezing tips.
