Hi everyone...I'm just getting started (in January after my crazzee catering season is over)and have 3 clients waiting. I would appreciate some info. on contracts and getting clients to commit to my service for a period of time. What discounts/incentives do you offer? And for how long? At what point do you no longer offer the discount? I would like to have something ready to offer for signing as I meet with new clients to try and get them to sign up for more than the first visit!
