There is a company in the Dallas, TX area (Brinker International) who own and operate a similar concept under the name EATZI's.
It's freshly prepared and also prepackaged take out, or as you say down under, "take away"... You might want to check them out. The HMR industry is gaining steam here in the US as well - it's
