I doubt that. Granted I work long hours and like a dog, but I do make good $. From what I've read here you max out at arround 40K and have to pay all the bennies yourself, all figured in I'm doing much better that that.

But what is the difference in doing the cooking? I'm sure I can go from the concept of making 25 postions down to 4 but what do you have to know what ever else there is?

Are there do's and dont's about foods to cook? How do you makesure the client doesn't kill them selves by screwing up the reheating and handeling? (would I be liable?)

this is the kind of nuts and bolts stuff I'm looking for.
